Our smart electronic locks, including sharing locks, alarm locks, and cable locks, are designed for commercial and residential security applications. All products come with manufacturer warranties and are certified with Patent, CE, FCC, and RoHS compliance.

Users must follow installation guidelines and operational instructions provided in product documentation. Improper use, modification, or tampering with products may void warranty coverage.

Our End-to-End OEM and ODM services include frontend design, R&D, and backend production. All custom development projects require separate agreements detailing specifications, timelines, and intellectual property rights.

Clients engaging in OEM/ODM services must provide clear requirements and approve prototypes before mass production. Changes to approved specifications may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.

All patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in our products and services remain the exclusive property of Solebe Electronics unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our products for their intended purposes. Reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized distribution of our technology is strictly prohibited.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Our smart lock products may collect usage data for functionality and improvement purposes.

Any data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal information as permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solebe Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claims related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shenzhen, China.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. For formal disputes, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
